We Offer remote support to help setup or diagnose issues with your email on your computer.

For us to log onto your computer you will need a email client to be ready and installed. (Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird…..)

You will need a active internet connection and a user present to allow remote access.

Remote client software need to be active and already installed on your computer. ( Anydesk or Teamviewer )
